The Adam family is now a family of 4! It was such a blast having almost 11-pound baby Crew, his big sister, mom and dad in the studio.

If I’ve said it once as one of Texarkana’s newborn photographers, I’ve said it one million times: my newborn sessions in the studio are glorified family sessions. While yes, the occasion is about the new baby (and I capture that well) it is also about everyone in their new role. The mom and dad now have 2 children. The only child who just got promoted to big sister. It’s about everyone.

I have never been more glad that I was a “baby wearer” than I was during this session. While baby Crew got his feeding, Ava and I played with her doll. I wrapped a newborn wrap around her so she would wear her baby doll just like her mommy carries her baby brother.
